To Kim's family - my second family - my heart breaks because Kim was taken from us all way to soon. I had known Kim 30 years and there are so many stories I could tell, most you have already heard and the rest you don't want to. Road trips, concerts, pictures, laughter, and jokes - the memories are endless. I was so truly blessed to meet and know Kim, she was like a sister to me. We were even ask once which one of us was the oldest twin, they were shocked when we said we weren't even related. Kim always thought of others and she never forgot a birthday or holiday. Kim had a strength and determination that got her through way more than I could ever handle. Heaven has a pretty special angel now, rest in peace my beautiful dear friend!!!! Love and prayers to the entire Hamilton family.

Kim, You and I were diagnosed within just a few days of each other. I tried to stay connected during our journeys. You always made my day when you came in to see me. Your smile was infectious and your courage and strength were inspiring. May your family find comfort in all their special memories. Rest in peace my beautiful friend. I am thankful you will have no more pain... I will miss your wonderful bear hugs. Love Kim

In the arms of the Angels Kim. The memories of you are in my heart and soul. When you were born and as you grew up, I recall saying you were my baby. I must say that it is honor to have you as my sister. Even though I was the oldest and moved away, we always picked up where we left off. I always looked forward to our catch up phone calls. I love you Kim ð¹ð¸â¤ï¸

Hey sis! I will always cherish the good times and the bad times we've had together! Our talks in the last days will never be forgotten and will cherish them forever! Give Grandpa and Grandma a big ol' hug for me! I'll see you again, like you said to me, " I'll catch you on the flip side"! I love you, and miss you! The signs have been awesome, keep them coming!
