Peggy Stockdale , resident of Sun City West, AZ passed away August 4, 2018 at 82 years old.
Born in Denver, CO, Peggy was the daughter of late Dana and Margaret Watson. She had fond memories of growing up in Denver. She attended University of Colorado, and met Charles Stockdale during that time. They married April 21, 1956 and moved to Cortez, CO. They resided in Cortez for 43 years in which time Peggy was active in her children's activities and the Methodist Church. Upon Charle's retirement from Basin Industrial Bank, they moved to Sun City West. Peggy's deepest values were her faith in Jesus, and being close to her husband and family.
Peggy is survived by her devoted husband, Charles of 62 years. Peggy is predeceased by her son Michael Stockdale. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Beth Stockdale of Sheboygan, WI; and grandsons Steve (Veronica) Stockdale of Sheboygan, WI, and Dan (Anna) Stockdale of Chicago, IL. She is survived by her daughter Stephanie (John) Berger, and granddaughters Aubrey and Avery all of Aurora, CO. She also is survived by sister-in-law Saundra Davies, and sister-in-law Cindy (Clay) Dickson, and brother-in-law Jon (Dee) Stockdale all of Cortez along with nieces and nephews.
