Alan Lee Rule was supposed to arrive on September 8, 1969 but took his sweet time arriving many days later to his mother's discomfort at the old hospital in Cortez, CO.
Ladies man, game slayer and outlaw, Alan made his last teasing remark September 8, 2020.
He had a lifelong love affair with Burger Boy hamburgers, cheesecakes and his Harley which he didn't ride much but babied almost as much as his Oakleys and Copenhagen.
On Friday, September 25th, at 11 a.m. Alan will be sent off on his next journey by family and friends at a Summit Ridge graveside memorial service.
Alan will always be remembered lovingly as a fiance by Kendall Vonfeldt; father of Brooke Rule, Tori Kline, Shea Rule and Jonah Rule; grandfather of Chessa Rule, Prestlyn Rule and Brody Kline; son of Clyde and Yvonne Rule; brother of Dene Rule, Keith Rule, Raelene McCabe & Connie Clark; and all around great guy by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Instead of sending flowers, give your family and friends a hug and remember that time is short sometimes.
