I remember her coming to our classroom at Ceredo Grade school & observing & she always had a smile on her face. Parents were encouraged to do that one day a year. She sang in the church choir every Sunday at the First Baptist Church of Kenova & never missed. Rest in peace, Miss Francis.

Frances, a strong woman in her faith. Strong impressionable woman that taught me life lessons without ever knowing. I feared her boldness, but realized it was out of respect for her. And the lessons I learned are still with me.
My thoughts are with her entire family. A family that welcomed me in their home growing up on B Street.
Love, Colleen Jarrell

You will be so greatly missed Nana! The kids still love to hear the stories of how silly you were with them when they came to visit. From hide and seek in the basement when all us kids were little to playing Mexican Dominoes when we were older, so many great moments and laughter that I will hold and cherish always. Love you Nana! Until we meet again.
