TAMMY SUE ROWE "Sissy" passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noel and Louise Rowe. She is survived by her children. A gathering will be held on March 28, 2026, at 1 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 2 p.m., at Browns Branch Freewill Baptist Church located at 5633 Chap Road, Gordon, WV Sissy will be cremated. Evans Funeral Home in Chapmanville, WV, is in charge of the arrangements.
