Frank Scott of Trinity, Texas, passed away surrounded by those who loved him dearly. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and faithful servant of the Lord, Frank leaves behind a legacy of hard work, quiet strength, and unwavering love for his family.
Graveside services for only close family and friends will be held at 10:30 a.m. on February 16, 2026, at Glendale Cemetery in Glendale,TX, officiated by Arthur Moody of Northside Church of Christ in Livingston,TX.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, E.L. and Patsy Scott; his brother, Jim Scott; his son-in-law, Bryan Tomlin and brother-in-law John Valenta.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Scott; his children, Amber Scott, Autumn Savoie, and Ashley Tomlin; and his beloved pet, Vivy. He was a proud and devoted grandfather to Drew Savoie, Jaxon Savoie, Kynlee Tomlin, Brylee Tomlin, and Jake Tomlin, each of whom brought him immense joy and pride. Sister-in-law, Dina Valenta; and sister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Travis Hobson.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons Jake Tomlin, Drew Savoie, and Jaxon “Jax” Savoie; his nephews Joshua Valenta and Jesse Valenta; and Travis Duddy.
Frank dedicated 30 years of service to the original Phillips 66 Carbon Black Plant in Echo, Texas, and later worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in Huntsville, Texas, until his retirement. He was known for his strong work ethic, steady presence, and commitment to providing for his family.
A faithful member of Northside Church of Christ, Frank lived his life guided by his faith. He will be remembered for his love of family, his loyalty, and the quiet kindness he showed to all who knew him.
His memory will forever be cherished by those he leaves behind.
