Gerald J. "Gerry" Foran, Sr. passed away at home on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Born on February 8, 1940, in New York, NY, he was the son of the late Edgar and Mary Adolfi Foran. Gerry was 85 years old.

On May 12, 1962, he married Salvatrice "Sally" Fazio in Deer Park, Long Island, NY. The two shared 63 years of marriage and raised three sons, creating memories that will never be forgotten.

Gerry joined the U.S. Army Reserves on February 18, 1968, serving for ten years. Following a lengthy career in sales, he retired from PEM Engineering in Pennsylvania. He and Sally later moved to North Myrtle Beach, where he began working for Home Depot. Gerry was a skilled craftsman, an avid golfer, and enjoyed working with stained glass. He also loved puzzles.

A devoted husband and father, Gerry found his greatest joy in time spent with his wife and children. Whether at home or camping, being with his family brought him immense happiness.

In addition to his wife, Sally, Gerry is survived by his sons, Gerald "Jay" Foran, Jr., Joseph Foran (Dina), and Steven Foran (Lori); his grandchildren, Erik (Jaycee), Jacob, Alexandra, Michael, and Tyler Foran; and one great-grandson, Carson Foran. He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Foran.
