Mary Lee was born on October 2, 1945, in McAlester, Oklahoma, to Bill and Edith (Kornegay) Maffioli. She was a proud graduate of McAlester High School, Class of 1964. In her working years, Mary Lee was employed with Auld Family Dentistry, where she worked faithfully from the early 1990s until 2002.
Mary Lee had a deep love for her family and treasured her role as the family historian, preserving memories and stories for future generations. She was especially known for her delicious Italian pizzelle cookies, a cherished Christmas tradition enjoyed by all who knew her. She also loved country western dancing and found joy in music and fellowship. Mary Lee was a woman of faith and attended the Methodist church.
She also enjoyed fishing and could often be found anywhere she had the opportunity to cast a line. Above all else, Mary Lee found her greatest happiness in spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she dearly loved.
She is survived by her sons, Larry Coxsey and wife Stephanie, and Phillip Coxsey and wife Deanna; her grandchildren, Caylin Crone, Emilee Coxsey, and Mason Coxsey; her great-grandchildren, Cooper Crone and Connor Crone; her brother, Tony Maffioli; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Edith Maffioli; her grandson-in-law, Jeff Crone; and her brother, Billy Maffioli.

first, Mary lee, I will miss you, you helped, me more than I think you ever realized when Edith and Bill passed. You are now reunited with them, and I know with all my heart I have 3 more angels watching over me the rest of my time on this earth. To Larry and the rest of the family there are not enough word or even the correct words to express my condolences or the time in the day to tell you how much I loved your mother, grandmother, how much your families mean to me. I grew up knowing there was a family I could always count on and would love as my own for a lifetime. -Christopher Pulchny
