Mary "Martha" Feaga Thompson of Eldersburg, Maryland passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025, surrounded by her family, after a lengthy illness.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, William "Duke" "Bill" Thompson and her children Martha Raico (Michael), Judith Hanson, and William "Chip" Thompson (Debbie). She is also survived by Grandchildren Michelle Raico, Meredith Raico (Matthew), Lauren Coulson (Matthew), Dana Gonzalez (Jay), Olivia Thompson, Valerie Thompson, Alex Thompson, and Great-Grandchildren Valene, Ava, Rowan, Autumn, and Henry. She is also survived by her sister Marian Feaga, her brother Charles Feaga, and many nieces and nephews. Martha was predeceased by her brothers Paul and Roy Feaga.

Born on April 23, 1936, to Roy and Marian Feaga, in Ellicott City, Maryland, she was the youngest of five children. Martha attended St. Louis Catholic School and Trinity Preparatory School before marrying at Doughoregan Manor Catholic Church in 1957. While raising her 3 children, Martha was an active volunteer at her children's schools as well as a substitute teacher for the Howard County School System. She had a career with Giant Food of Maryland, LLC, making life-long friendships. Martha and Duke enjoyed many years of coaching their kids in softball and baseball at HCYP. They loved their travels to Myrtle Beach, SC, and spent over 50 years vacationing there making family memories with children and grandchildren. They especially enjoyed ballroom dancing and could be found on local dance floor most weekends. Above all, Martha enjoyed spending time with her family and doted on all her grandchildren. She will be missed greatly.
