Patricia Dennis Obituary

Patricia Ann (Burke) Dennis, a longtime resident of Andover, passed away at the Royal Meadow View Nursing Center in North Reading on Saturday morning, January 31, 2026. She was 90 years old.

Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on March 14, 1935, she was the beloved daughter of the late Henry and Dorothy (Herring) Burke. Patricia enjoyed going square dancing and ballroom dancing. She also loved traveling and was an avid photographer. Patricia also enjoyed visiting the beach, especially in Ogunquit, Maine. She loved to watch all types of movies. Patricia had a special love for her cats. She will be dearly missed.

Patricia was a devoted mother to her loving son; Jeffrey A. Dennis of Andover, daughter Donna A. Dennis and her husband Alan Luce of Arizona, siblings; Jeremiah and his wife Terry Burke of Methuen and Barbara Shedd, grandchildren; Amanda and Eric and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late James M. Dennis and John F. Dennis, III and sister of the late Robert Burke and Ellen Beekman.
