Terence Walsh Obituary

Terence Allen Walsh, 68, of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, passed away peacefully at home on Friday morning, February 20, 2026 . Born on July 22, 1957 in Pittsburg, PA, he was a devoted husband, father and friend.

Terence, more affectionately known as "Terry" is survived and missed by his children Trainor, Bridget and her husband Shawn, and Gordon and his wife Lindsay. Forever cherished and remembered by his five grandchildren, Max, Bodie, Hannah, Theodore, and Caroline. His mother Sally, his siblings, brother Brian and sister Laurie, their families and many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, and his father, Walter.

Terry spent 40 years working as a digital sales consultant, where he was known for his innovative solutions and constant desire to learn. He was always very ambitious, involved in multiple startups and leadership roles over his career. Despite his many responsibilities and strong work ethic, he who valued hard work, held his family in the highest regard, and left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

Terry's hobbies and interests helped define who he was. He enjoyed biking, cooking, reading, traveling, working on model trains, cheering on the Chicago Bears and his beloved Iowa Hawkeyes (Go Hawks!). Terry often spent his weekends attending and cheering on his grandchildren at various events, sports and finding the best bike routes around the Twin Cities.

A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer.org, a cause we hope will someday be able to find research to fight aggressive cancers that take our loved ones from us much too soon.

We find comfort in knowing that Terry's legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us, the love he shared, and the memories we will cherish forever
