A wonderful Man of note for his many, many contributions to the lives of others will be sorely missed by the family, many friends and neighbors with whom he shared his life, love, unmatchable wit and laughter. His memories of military service experiences are sobering, and his service duly honored. His contributions as an education mentor as well has his service on the police force after service contributed to his notable life. I'll miss you Mr. "Billy" Keyes. You were a true JOY. I love to remember your laugh.
