Patricia Bourdeau Obituary

Patricia Audrey Bourdeau

September 15, 1936 - March 9, 2026

HADLEY - Patricia Audrey Bourdeau, 89, a lifelong resident of Hadley, passed away Monday, March 9, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia was born on September 15, 1936, of the late Gordon Brannon and Mildred (Harpp) Brannon. She was a 1955 graduate of Hadley Luzerne Central School.

Patricia was an avid country music fan and met some of her favorite artists such as Randy Travis, Bill Anderson, Alan Jackson, and others. She enjoyed reading the newspaper, doing her word searches, and loved her sweets, but above all else, she loved spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her parents and two sons-in-law, Frank Waite of Lake Luzerne and Larry Waite of Caroga Lake.

Survivors include her children, Patti Waite of Lake Luzerne, Joseph (Tammy) Bourdeau of Hadley, David (Sherrylee) Bourdeau of Hadley, Connie (Mike) Miles of Hadley, Judy Waite of Caroga Lake, and Gary (Kimberlie) Bourdeau of Hadley; grandchildren, Davey Bourdeau, Adam (Michelle) Bourdeau, Danielle (Billy) Gebo, William (Jennifer) Warrington, Steven (Jennifer) Bourdeau, Joe Bourdeau, Amanda (Nick) Sumner, Jarred Clothier, Ashleigh Bourdeau and Chelsea Bourdeau; as well as many great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Jean (Ken) Edgerly of Fort Edward.

A very special thanks to Sherrylee Bourdeau, her daughter-in-law, for the exceptional care and love she gave to Pat for the past three years, as well as her granddaughters, Ashleigh Bourdeau and Chelsea Bourdeau. The family would also like to thank Hospice and her nurse, Steve Millington, for the care and comfort they provided for Patricia these past nine months.

Per Patricia's wishes, no service will be held, and her burial will be a private service for the family at a later time.
