Kenneth Zachary Obituary
St. Peters, MO - Kenneth F. Zachary of St. Peters, MO, passed away Oct. 4, 2024, at the age of 74. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Sally, and his devoted son, J.R., both of St. Peters; and his loving sister, Virginia Zachary Torrone of Beverly Hills, MI. He was preceded in death by his son, Ryan; his brother, James Zachary; and his parents, Arthur and Vela.
Born in Jacksonville, IL, Ken grew up on a farm. He served in the U. S. Army in Vietnam in the '70s and then became a farmer. He changed careers to become a construction laborer, which he enjoyed for decades before his retirement in 2015. His favorite pastimes were road trips with Sally, spending time with family and friends, working outdoors and tackling home projects. A gathering to celebrate Ken's life will be held Saturday, Oct. 26, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Hall, 420 E. Wyatt St., Franklin, Il. In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for donations to PKD Foundation, PO Box 871847, Kansas City, MO 64187, or a charity of your choice.

Sally and family we wish to send our sweat condolence. Mom (Eleanor Torbeck) wA so dons of all of the Zachary´s! Loren and I are still both farming in the area. So many memories on each trip to Loami Rd. Donna Torbeck, Jackson, Loren Torbeck, and families.
