Cameron Rahall Obituary

Cameron "Cam" Rahall, 38, of Farmington, N.M. passed away at his home Wednesday, April 4, 2012, due to a brain aneurism, with his nurse wife, Kara, at his side.

Cam was born June 26, 1973 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Patricia Stevens Rahall. He graduated from Aztec High School after moving to New Mexico with his family when he was a young man.

Cam was well-known in the Four Corners area for his music. He was part of the band Outalyn, and most recently, 90 Proof Pill.

On Feb. 17, 2006, Cam married Kara Ancell of Dolores whom he had met in 2001 at one of his concerts. They resided in Farmington where he continued his music and worked as a sound technician throughout the area. Cam loved his family, his cats, and being with his friends and fellow musicians. His music was a big part of his life since his childhood.

Cam is survived by his wife Kara, his mother Pat of Bloomfield, N.M., his brother Josh (Cara) of Farmington, his sister Dana of Bloomfield, two nephews, Nick and Cannon, three nieces, Jayden, Nevaeh and Cadynce, and by his father- and mother-in-law, Walt and Rosie Ancell of Dolores.

He was preceded in death by his father Albert Rahall, and his grandparents.

Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service was held Saturday, April 7 in Farmington.
