Floyd Johnson Obituary
Floyd was born February 1, 1934 in Strathcona, Minnesota. He passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Southwest Memorial Hospital at the age 84.
Floyd loved to work, joke, teach, and the last years enjoyed visitors at his "White Pipe People" on Road P.
Surviving Floyd are his wife, Joyce Johnson of Dolores, CO; his children, Jay Johnson (Polly) of Bellingham, WA, Jody Johnson-Fladeland of Phoenix, AZ; his daughter-in-law, Renee Johnson of Dolores, CO; his siblings, Fay Nilson of Prescott, AZ, and Arlette Peterson (Gene) of Laurel, MD. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Joel Johnson; and his sister, Herdice Hanson.
Memorial contributions can be made in Floyd's name to Samaritans Purse, P.O. Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.

My condolences to Mr. Johnson's loved ones. Just today I saw the white pipe people and marveled at the humor and creativity as well as the sheer number of sculptures. His work gave me a lot of pleasure and I know he was a positive force in this world. God bless his family and God rest his soul.
