Frances Allen Obituary
Frances resided at the American House Oakland and was a former resident of Lawton, Okla., and Cortez, Colo.
She is survived by her sister, Carol Ann Parisi of Arvada, Colo.; her five children, Roger (Connie) Westbrook of Lawton, Okla.; Gene Westbrook of Lawton, Okla.; Vicki (Alan) Blazier of Sylvan Lake, Mich.; Jim (Kim) Westbrook of North Port, N.Y.; and David Westbrook of Durango, Colo.; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Frances passed unexpectedly from a very rare disease.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in her name to The National Prion Disease Pathology SurveillanceCenter (www.cjdsurveillance.com). Please visit www.godhardttomlinsonchapel.com to share a memory with the family.
