Fran was a good neighbor that truly loved her dogs. She invited Judy and our dog Rusty over one day just meet her new ones. She was always appreciative of the little things and would send cookies or fudge over to say thank you. She & George were some of the earliest folks to settle in our neighborhood some 30 years ago. She will be missed. We are here for you George.
