I was a student at Thomas Jefferson when Gary taught there. I retired as it´s principal.
Gary also taught the first night class of Drivers Education to myself and two others. I´ll never forget my first driving day with him. The very first time I ever drove a car, he had me take the wheel and said "head west to Omaha...what an experience!! But, I still think back to the tips he gave. I got 100% on the state drivers test. Fond memories of a good teacher.

I had Gary as a teacher in 1971. I had much respect for him and enjoyed his class. My deepest condolences to the family.
