James Young Obituary

James Patrick Young was born Saturday, June 7, 1958 on March Air Force Base in Riverside,
California. He was the fourth child of James and Jeanne Young. A beloved Son,
Brother, and Uncle who will be remembered by all who knew him and his memory will live
on in the hearts of those whom loved him.
James was a naturally talented and creative artist, writing many songs and various types
of music. He was a self-taught musician, able to play almost every instrument. He shared his love
of music and instruments with his many Nieces and Nephews. James was a very kind person
and although he did not have any children of his own, he was a loving parent to many
dogs and cats over the years. He loved his animal children and his motorcycles.
Sergeant James P. Young was a Medic in the United States Air Force, proudly serving
his country for six years. After separation he continued in his nursing degree and
worked as a traveling nurse, ultimately retiring from Synergy Research Center in 2019.
James slipped away on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at the age of 65 surrounded by his
loving family. He was preceded in death by his Father, James R Young. James is
survived by; his Mother, Jeanne Young, Sisters; Kasele Wilkinson, Ami Young-Hill
and Yvette Joslyn. Brothers; Anthony Young and Michael Young. Sister-in-Law, Jacque
and Brother-in-Law Scott, as well as his many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and close friends.
As we send our Son and Brother on his journey we will keep the memory of his life with
us. He is now with the Ancestors.
