When we were in grade school we always had to sit in alphabetical order. My name was Lambo and then Leffel. We were always together. either in front of or in back of. He was usually quiet, and a very good speller. Always a great kid. Rita Lambo Mcdonnell+

May GOD bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I worked with Layne for over 10 years at Nielsons shop. I remember him making things out of scrap metal when days were slow. Once he made a dog and gave it to me, it was a "weenee" dog, complete with ears and a tail. He had a great imagination.

I have been so saddened to hear of Layne's sudden death. He and I were always linked in school alphabetically. I shall remember him fondly. I am very sorry for your loss.
