Larry was the counselor at San Juan Basin Technical School in the late 1990s, when I worked there. He was a wonderful coworker and was key to unlocking student potential. In my career as a teacher, I used many of his accommodations to help students succeed. He was both fun loving and a kind man always. My sympathies to Larry´s family and friends.

If this is the same Larry Mooney that taught at Manaugh School in the 70's , he taught me how to rope (after school roping class) and he was just a really good science teacher and role model (one of those you never forget).
