Jay and Rick and families, I am so saddened to see of your dad´s passing. Larry was a great friend as you know to my step dad Tommy.
After Tommy passed away, I was in City Market with a friend of mine when I saw the profile view of your dad, I told my friend wow, that man sure reminds me of Tommy, I sure miss him.
A bit later as we were checking out with our groceries, I looked up towards the service desk just as your dad was looking at me. Oh my gosh Larry, I said with amusement I didn´t even recognize you from the side and the way you were walking I thought you looked like Tommy! We had a good laugh over that one!
Your dad was a good fellow and he never missed an opportunity to stop and chat no matter where we´d bummed into one another! I always appreciated that about him and it showed me that I mattered as would always verbalize how much he appreciated the times I spent caring for Tommy and his needs. He´d say, "well you are alright", "I´m glad to see you´re still hanging around and doing stuff for him!" "That's good", "that's real good"!
Go Rest High Larry, be at peace and let Tommy know we love and miss him down here, don't you two cause too much trouble in heaven!
