Lola Pauli Obituary

Lola Mary Pauli passed away at her Mancos home on Thursday, June 16, 2011, at the age of 84. She was born the daughter of George Alfred and Mary Edna (Wilkins) Rietz on May 28, 1927, in Great Falls, Mont.

Lola was a seamstress by trade. In her free time she kept her hands busy crocheting and doing needlework. Many years ago she gave her time as a 4-H leader. She also loved to fish and travel.

Surviving Lola are her two sons, Terry Lee Pauli of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Steven E. Pauli and wife Christy of Mancos; one grandson, Edward Steven Pauli of Gillette, Wyo.; a great-grandson, Jonathan Jacobs of Whitefish, Mont.; and two sisters, Georgia Mae Rietz of Kalispell, Mont., and Betty Lou VanDeKop of Cutbank, Mont.

Lola was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Ambrose Pauli in February 2008; and by a son, Neil Warren Pauli.
