I was so sorry to hear about Mickey. He is the only cousin on that side of the family that I kept in contact with. From Mike's Montana cousins: Gayle, Judy, Robyn, and Mary. We only learned today of Mike's passing and are so very sorry.
I have fond memories of playing baseball with Mike on our farm... remembering that he wanteded to be called Mickey after Mickey Mantle! I also remember going to our Gramma Isabelle's funeral and seeing Mike at the railway station then and how Mike and Annie opened their home to us.
My sisters and I would love an address to send condolences. Your are in our thoughts and prayer.

I'm truly saddened by the news of Michael's passing. He was a great father, husband, brother, grandfather & friend. I had the great privilege of meeting Mike & his family many years ago & will always remember how respectful he was.My thoughts & prayers are with you Ann & family. He will be missed & loved by all that knew him.

Loss of a loved one is too painful for words, so what follows is too inadequate to express my sympathy.
As a new Trails and Rails volunteer, I only knew Mike briefly, but from all that I've heard and saw, he was a wonderful guy. For the brief time I've known him, I will miss his smiling face at the station. We will all miss him greatly, and like the great trains of old and now, he will go on rolling forever in our hearts!

I have memories in my pocket.
