Olga Barton Obituary
Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Frederick N. Jr. and Lucy A. (Jowders) Peabody.
She was a graduate of Lynn English High School Class of 1930 and attended Burdett College. She lived in Lynn for most of her life before moving to Bedford, NH with her husband in 1999.
She was employed as a technical typist for Metcalf and Eddy in Boston until her retirement in 1978 and was the owner of Barton's Home Bakery for 30 years.
She is survived by her son Donald E. and his wife Julie Barton of Hopkinton; 2 daughters; Barbara A. and her husband Anthony Mann of Lynn and Phyllis B. and her husband Martin Schlichter of Bedford NH. 7 Grandchildren; Grant and Brooke Barton, Heidi, Greta and Margo Schlichter, Robert Mann and Linda Carpenter and 5 Great Grandchildren. Sister of Helen Spinney of Port St. Lucie, FL and the late Frederick N. Peabody Jr. and Alice M. Peabody. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Cuffe McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple St., Lynn on Saturday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Lynn at 9 AM. Interment to follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn.

Peabody, Jr. and Alice N. Peabody. Funeral from the Cuffe – McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple St., Lynn on Saturday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Lynn at 9 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Friends may call Friday from 2- 4 and 7- 9PM.
