Robert Nicodemus Obituary
He was born Sept. 1, 1918 in Juniper Springs, CO and lived most of his life in Craig, CO.
Bob enlisted in the Navy where he served in WWII; he saw action in the Pacific Theaters aboard the Destroyer USS Key 248.
Bob will be remembered for his quick and wonderful dry sense of humor and his shy grin, along with the history in the stories he told.
His parents Nicholas and Lulu, brothers Roy and Richard, sister Ruby and wife Berdena preceded him in death. He is survived by his son Alman (Mary Ann) Nicodemus of Craig; daughter Dena (John) Fletcher of Cortez; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Graveside service along with Military Honors will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13, at the Craig Cemetery.
