Lucille Carpenter Bullard, 77, of Cordova passed away on Wednesday December 31, 2025 at Richmond Pines Health and Rehab in Hamlet. Lucille was born on January 4, 1948 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Frank and Lulamae Hammonds Carpenter.
She loved her church, Highland Pines Baptist and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Charles Edgar Bullard and 2 brothers: Boyce Carpenter and Buddy Carpenter.
Surviving are her daughters: Kim Maness and Robin Carpenter; Grandchildren: Paige Maness, Shannon McCormick, Savannah Collins, Olivia Carpenter and Tracey Maness; Great grandchildren: Brooklyn Collins, Kayden Collins and Elizabeth Maness.
Visitation will be at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm on Tuesday January 6, 2026, Followed by a graveside service at 1:00 pm at Eastside Cemetery.
