I love you Troy. You were my best friend. You you were always there to help anyone in need, and you made sacrifices due to the vibrant heard you possessed. I think about you a lot, and I hope to see you again in another realm. Rest in peace brother.

Just learned of Troys passing. I am so, so sad. I loved his show. You can see what a very special man he was. RIP

I just learned of your flight to Heaven and my heart aches for your family, friends and those of us who called you a friend as fans. I never met but you did send me a signed photo and a wheat back penny after i told you my "henry penny" story. RIP and continue to bring light to heaven with your smile.

I'm shocked & very sad to hear about Troy's passing. I had spoke with him several times via his site & email. I took doughnuts to his crew when they were working on a home in our area that was featured on the show. He was so humble, laid back & a sweet natured gentleman. He is truly missed

I absolutely Loved the show and loved to see him work and restore. You could see his passion in his work and his excitement to see the finished project. He was so Awesome and his skills were just so great. What a great loss to all of us who loved to see his work and his vision for restoring and renovation. He will be missed dearly, I am so shocked to know he is longer with us. I Pray God's Best for his loved ones.

I knew Troy for a long time from his arrival in Nashville. I will always remember him as a really great guy with many wonderful qualities. He will be missed.

He truly did a great job of flipping his houses. They turned out beautiful. I enjoyed watching his program and didn't miss a one. He truly had talent. The world of house flipping will be missing a great talent.

Troy was so joyful and personable besides having a great talent. His passion for bringing older houses back into a new life was almost palpable. He and Julie had a great partnership on the show. His face and life will be missed

Shocked to hear of Troy's passing. I watched his show "Nashville Flipped" regularly and felt a kinship with him since I live just outside of Nashville. He was a talented craftsman and will be greatly missed.

So, sorry to hear about his death,I enjoyed watching the show and he always seem to have that great smile and energy that made me want to watch,my favourite episode was the farm house near the railroad tracks,that he painted barn red,and his wife fell in love with that they decided to keep.I am surely gonna miss seeing him on tv.he accomplished so much at such a young age.My heart goes out to his family and fans of the show.

I am so saddened to hear of this news. Condolences go out to the family. I woke up this morning and read the news. It is heartbreaking. I really loved the show but particularly troy's kindness, compassion, and enthusiasm for his work. It takes a special person to see the good in "old". I started watching the show at the same time as my husband and I were trying to renovate a cottage in michigan my grandmother (95 years old) has but wants nothing to do with it. Needless to say, Troy gave us the spirit to start our project of a place that's been In my life for 40 years now. I understand how difficult this loss is as I lost a brother when he was 34 from a brain tumor. Rocked our world upside down as I'm sure yours is right now. So very sorry for your loss and totally get what you're going thru. I pray for peace, and understanding for your whole family! May God bless you and help you through this process. We may not understand it, but we need to have faith that there is a reason for everything (as my mother taught me). Time helps us remember in a good way. I wish I was able to know him personally. He certainly gave a lot to his viewers. Praying that time and memories bring smiles and laughter to the family.

I like to say it is very sad that I heard about him passing away hes with the Lord now in the angels I just want to say that I loved his show and I loved how he renovated the old homes is because he will walk in those homes and it was like the homes was sick could you please fix me and he would fix it into a great job and it also put the Stainglass in every window I believe because he knew that the Lord probably was calling him and he put the Stainglass in the houses because they all represent angels above and may he rest in peace and God bless your family and your love ones you have a blessed year

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Troy's great talent and enthusiasm of restoring old historical homes back to their former glory on the show "Nashville Flipped". Troy always had that contagious smile and had an amazing way to see the potential along with the ability to bring back the beauty of these old homes (and liked how he also incorporated stainless glass somewhere in the home to give it extra character!) This gifted man will be truly missed but his legacy of the many homes he saved will continue to remain standing in his loving memory for many years to come. My heartfelt sympathy and prayers to his family and friends.
