Surviving Wes are his spouse of 53 years, Meg; children: Randy (Carrie) Atkinson of Alamosa, Mike (Diane) Atkinson of Rolla, Missouri, Erin (Ryan) Briscoe of Homer, Alaska, Greg (Andrea) Cummings of Grand Junction, & Alan (Emily) Cummings of Fort Collins; his sister: Elaine Bickel of Lawrence, Kansas; as well as ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, & several nieces & nephews.
