I send my deepest condolences to Debra and to all of the Fordyce family. I first met Ed as a Harvard College freshman year roommate and remained one of his roommates for our next three years at Harvard. Our paths cross various times thereafter, as most recently as just a few days before his passing. He was a dear friend and will be greatly missed. My wife, who first met Ed his sophomore year at Harvard, also sends her heartfelt condolences to Debra and to all of the Fordyce family.
