David Everett Obituary
His fondest memory is of being at cow camp as a child with his parents and younger brother.
He married Cathleen Bennett in 1963, who passed away in 2022.
He is survived by his eldest son Lee, daughter Claudia, grandson Brandon, granddaughters Quinn, Ashlynn, Elena, and estranged son Reid.
No formal services are planned; a small family gathering will be held in Cortez in the spring.

So very sorry to learn of David's passing. I worked with him for several years when he was a devoted board member and treasurer for the Montezuma County Historical Society & Museum. He was a truly wonderful man with a never-failing smile. He is so missed.
